Eric Olson, President and Founder of Blue Wave Solutions, Inc., has over 15 years of focused experience providing IT Consulting services for projects in the "high tech" engineering and IT/IS consulting industry.
Eric has gained his experience as a key contributor in two of the nations largest and most respected engineering consulting organizations. Prior to establishing Blue Wave Solutions Inc., Eric held numerous positions with responsibility for managing, mentoring, business development and maintenance for Northern and Southern California regions. As an established and well respected professional, Eric has been instrumental in building and overseeing a multi-million dollar IT consulting practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. At Blue Wave Solutions Inc., in addition to his executive oversight role, Mr. Olson is directly involved in identifying Key talent and providing great service and delivery to all of Blue Wave’s clients.
Graham Higton, Vice President and Partner of Blue Wave Solutions, Inc., has over 15 years of direct experience in both the Technology and Financial Consulting industry with an emphasis in Project based work.
Graham has held various Management roles with several of the large Specialized Consulting firms in the nation. His success with-in these organizations was prompted by his direct input and leadership involvement with both the Clients and Consultants. Graham is known to be a “hands on” individual with a high level of integrity and knowledge combined with a desire and drive in delivering quality each and every time. Graham has managed teams of various sizes and has the respect of his peers in the industry. At Blue Wave Solutions Inc., Graham is directly involved with Client and Consultant development to ensure great service and delivery to all of Blue Wave’s clients.
